Q. Is it safe to order on your website?
Yes. Our shopping cart has 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data protection. (The highest allowed by federal law.)
Q. Do you sell or give out customer names and addresses or email?
Absolutely not! We take customer privacy seriously and do not sell or give out any customer information to outside sources.
Q. Why do you charge for samples?
Very few of the samples are provided by the manufacturers. We must take the time to divide each product into sterilized small sample jars and label them. For example, lipstick samples are an actual slice of the lipstick. It is very time consuming.
Q. How much do I get in a sample?
Generally you will be able to use the samples an average of 1 to 3 applications depending upon personal usage. Please note that the pressed makeup samples such as eye shadow, blush, and powder will appear crumbled in the sample jars.
Q. What do you use for packaging in your shipments?
We use a variety of materials in packaging your order. Conservation is very important, so we use shredded paper from in-house invoicing, etc., and we use packaging peanuts that we have received in shipments to us from our vendors.
Q. I am chemically sensitive. Do you sell any products that may work for me?
Yes we do! Many chemically sensitive individuals are able to use some of the products that we sell.
Q. Can I phone in my order?
Yes, we accept phone orders during normal business hours.
Q. What are your business hours by phone?
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Arizona time–which is PST in the Spring and Summer, and MST in the Fall and Winter) Monday-Friday. For those who are local to the Prescott Valley area, we have an order pick up point at the Herbal Boutique on Hwy 69 where paid orders can be arranged to be delivered to.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed either the same or the next business day after you place it. Orders under 13 oz are sent by US first class mail and take up to 7 business days. Priority Mail is used for orders over 13 oz. This usually takes 2 or 3 days after it is sent to arrive. If you want guaranteed 2 day delivery, it is suggested to choose FedEx 2nd day, which will arrive the 2nd business day after it is sent. For example, if an order is sent out on a Thursday, you will receive it on Monday.
Q. How are international orders sent?
Our policy for International orders is to ship them by International First Class. This takes about 10 working days to arrive. The shopping cart will automatically add $25 for foreign orders. We will adjust your total when we process the order if the shipment is light and does not cost $20 to ship .You will receive a credit on your credit card or paypal account.
