Description

Time Release Shampoo is a unique approach to washing the hair based on organic olive oil as cleansing agent and where the shampoo foams only minimally when applied to the scalp.
After some water is added it breaks open to release a gentle foam for cleansing the hair that ensures shiny hair and a clean, healthy scalp.
Contrary to mass-produced chemical shampoos, Paul Penders Time-Release Jasmine Shampoos produce only a small amount of foam. It leaves hair shiny, soft and free of flyaway.

I've used this shampoo for 25 years. It used to be in health food stores, but disappeared in the late 90's. The formula cleans my hair without drying, adds body and shine. Highly recommend -

I have been trying to find a shampoo that would not dry out my hair but leave it shiny and not fly away, this was it!

Though this shampoo does not lather, it did clean my hair. My hair was so shiny after drying, and was not fly away at all.

I've been using this shampoo for over 20 years, after first purchasing it in a health food store in Calif. When Jasmine Shampoo and other Penders products were no longer available in stores, I searched it out online. Although the price is high, it's worth it to me. This shampoo is gentle and makes my hair shiny without drying or causing damage. FYI, my hair has been longer than waist length for most of the past two decades, so I've used a lot of the product! I generally combine this with GPB conditioner by Aubrey every other wash to keep my hair healthy..
