Orders are shipped by Priority Mail unless less than $10.00 Those orders ship by first class mail. To ensure the safety of your order, Signature Confirmation will be used for all orders over $200 that are sent by Priority Mail to our new customers.

For Rush Orders add $13.00 to be sent by FedEx 2nd Day. Please note that the delivery will actually take place the 2nd business day after the order is sent. (For example if order is sent on Thursday, FedEx will deliver it on Monday.)
We do ship internationally by Global Express Mail. An additional charge of $20.00 will be added to your order. IMPORTANT TO READ! We have had some difficulties with some European orders never reaching their destination when we used standard air mail, therefore we must use the more expensive Global Express to ensure that the package is able to be tracked. If you do not want to pay for Global Express mail, the shipping will be about half the amount, however we can not give a refund or replace the order if it does not arrive. Please email us to request this, otherwise we will ship all orders outside of the US by Global Express.
If you live in Canada and you would like your order shipped by regular US air mail, the shipping costs will be the same as the USA shipping costs, however we can not guarantee timely delivery of your order, and there is not a way to track it. Some Canadian customers have waited up to 3 weeks to receive an order by this method. If you would like us to ship by US Air Mail, please put a note on the order form when checking out and we will charge you the USA shipping rates, otherwise you will be charged the extra $20 for International Priority Mail. We are not responsible for any customs charges individual countries may charge once the order has left the USA.
PROCESSING FEE FOR NON-INTERNET ORDERS We prefer our customer to order online. If you must order by phone, fax, or mail there will be an additional $2 processing fee charged to you.
