Very few of the samples are provided by the manufacturers. We must take the time to divide each product into small sample jars and label them. For example, lipstick samples are an actual slice of the lipstick. It is very time consuming.
Generally you will be able to use the samples an average of 1 to 3 applications depending upon personal usage. Please note that the pressed makeup samples such as eye shadow, blush, and powder will appear crumbled in the sample jars.
We use a variety of materials in packaging your order. Conservation is very important, so we use shredded paper from in-house invoicing, etc., and we use packaging peanuts that we have received in shipments to us from our vendors.
Since we offer samples of almost all products that we sell, customers are urged to purchase samples first. We can not give refunds except in the case of a product that is defective.

Orders are processed either the same or the next business day after you place it. Orders $9 and under are sent by US first class mail and take up to 7 business days. Priority Mail is used for deliveries $9.01 and over. This usually takes 2 or 3 days after it is sent to arrive. If you want guaranteed 2 day delivery, it is suggested to choose FedEx 2nd day, which will arrive the 2nd business day after it is sent. For example, if an order is sent out on a Thursday, you will receive it on Monday.
Our policy for International orders is to ship them by International Priority mail which is insured traceable. This takes about 5-10 working days to arrive. You may request a cheaper method of shipment to Canada. We can send it by International First Class if it weighs less than 1 pound for the US shipping rate of $6.95. Simply put a note in the Special Instructions box when checking out on our website and we will adjust your total before charging your credit card.
