Electrolyzed water which is processed to be either highly acidic or highly alkaline has been used in Eastern Europe for many years with success in slowing down the aging process of the skin. Now, CWS brings you this technology! Researchers have found that the hydrogen in an acid state of ph 2.5, occurring in electrolyzed water, produces strong purifying and anti-oxidant properties when applied to the skin. The unique properties of electrolyzed water (step1) cleanses the skin in preparation for step 2 which hydrates. The acids and alkalines in the electrolyzed water are not caustic to the skin. They do not burn the skin and are not harmful. In fact those who are very sensitive have success in using this product along with step 2. Packaged in glass spray bottle.
